Payment methods and account verification

Rabona offers a wide range of payment methods, including bank transfers, payment cards and extensive cryptocurrency support. The minimum deposit amount is set at 10 EUR. For withdrawals, the player is required to use the same method they used for their last deposit, where technically possible.

For withdrawals, a monthly turnover requirement applies with a minimum of 20 EUR. If a player requests a withdrawal without previously wagering the deposit at least at a ratio of 1:1, a fee of 10 % (for standard methods) or 15 % (for card or bank transfer payments) may be applied.

Withdrawal request processing typically occurs within 3 business days during Monday to Friday, 6:00–17:00 GMT. A player may have a maximum of 3 open withdrawal requests at any one time.

Rabona requires player identity verification for security reasons and in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. This process may be triggered at any time before or after a deposit or withdrawal.

Players are required to submit requested documents such as a valid ID, proof of residence, verification of payment method ownership (e.g. bank statements or card photographs) and transaction history. Players have a deadline of 30 days to provide documents after request.

If documents are not submitted in time, the account may be blocked, payments suspended or permanently closed with loss of funds. Checks may also include telephone verification or other forms of additional investigation.

Withdrawal limits at Rabona are tiered according to the player's VIP level. Players at 'Beginner' level can withdraw 500 EUR daily, whilst 'Legend' level allows withdrawals up to 1 500 EUR daily.

VIP level is automatically determined based on activity over the last 90 days. If the account is inactive for one month, VIP level may be automatically reduced. If inactivity exceeds 180 days, a monthly account management fee of 5 EUR is charged.
